If you require a service quotation, please state this in writing and by giving your contact name and telephone number.
Warranty repairs will be carried out free of charge, including free postage back to you. If a special carrier or courier is needed for warranty returns, it will be charged separately. Equipment should be returned in it's original packaging as Junger Audio is not responsible for damages to equipment in transit.
Before returning of any equipment, please contact Junger Audio by email or telephone in order to receive your tracking number, repair- or service confirmation.
